Orders
Add pieces to your bag from any product page, then head to checkout — enter your shipping details and payment method, and you’ll get an order confirmation with your order number right after.
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order through our contact page. If it hasn’t been processed for shipping yet, we’ll do what we can to change or cancel it.
Yes — you’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is processed, and another once your order ships.

Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Exact timeframes are shown on our Shipping page and again at checkout before you pay.
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information. You can also view order status any time from your account.

Care instructions vary by fabric and are listed on each product page under Materials & Care. As a general rule, a gentle cold wash and low-heat or air dry keeps prints and colors looking their best.
Dimensions for each blanket are listed on its product page. If you don’t see the size you need, get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s available.
Care details vary by mug and are noted on the product page. When in doubt, hand-washing keeps any printed design looking newest for longest.
